Kenneth Palmer passed away yesterday (10/12/04) at 11:11am. I've been told this was the same day that his dad died 6 years earlier. He will be missed by many, including me.

While playing Soldner today I really found my self in a bored state. I ran the server, yet again, and found myself bored. Kevin says that there are not games that can keep his attention right now. He's right, I'm in the same boat. There are no games right now that can keep my attention either. I've started playing Doom3, Kevin's copy. Fortunate for me he left his play disc here so I can finish it. Other than Doom3 nothing is really exciting any more about the current games. I really do like City of Heroes but there is not really anything new about it (even though I have not progressed my character to level 50). I made level 31 with Mailai and deactivated my account. Maybe something will come out soon that can hold my attention, god I hope.

Half-Life 2 should be out soon, we hope. That would probably do it. Also Duke Nukem will have a new game out probably with in a year or so, again I hope. That would be one I would consider picking up. I had a lot of fun playing Duke Nukem 3d, making maps and just having a good time playing the multiplayer and single player of that game. I played the shit out of Half-Life so I'm sure I'll play Half-Life 2. I hope they have some good mods using the Half-Life 2 engine too like Counter-Strike 2 or Team Fortress Classic 2 or something like that.

Man work on Saturday sucks balls. I'm just glad it over with and I have tomorrow off.

I'm feeling under the weather a bit, think it's something sinus related.

I was on a Soldner server today for about 30 - 60 min. I ended up running the thing for the most part. I'm not sure if my skill at FPS has just increased that much or if everyone else on the server (all 14 others) sucked that much. I like to think it's my skillz.

Work, more Soldner. I'm not addicted, shut up!

I've got to work tomorrow but it won't be so bad because J will finally be working a Saturday with me. I'm working next Saturday too for a guy. I honestly don't mind working Saturdays as I get off earlier than I normally do and get a day off during the week that I can get some stuff done.

Continue....

I am not addicted to PC games. When there is nothing else to do in a small hick town but be on a high speed internet connection you'll play PC games. And to be able to play with your best friend of 10+ years who now lives 400 miles from you you'll play PC games with him. The games in particular that we are playing most are City of Heroes (this allows us to be someone who we'll never get to actually be, get away from our daily grind), Soldner (allows us to take out our aggressions on people anonymously by shooting them in the face with a large caliber weapon), and Doom3 (a remake of a classic game, who doesn't like a little excitement at night, in the dark, when no one is there to save you....someone help).

Wow, it's been a while. I know no one probably even reads this but here goes...

I've started playing a Soldner Secret Wars Demo again with Kevin and now Jason (from Pensacola, FL). We have a blast. Realistic game play and just about any weapon the military has available you can get (with in reason, no laser guns and shit). Danielle says I'm addicted to PC games.

I know it's been a few days, what are ya gonna do...

I've decided my job consists of a lot of idiots on both sides of the phone.

My brother Jeff graduates college in one week one day after his 22nd birthday. I'm proud of him. He's going to be my defense in the courts later in life.

I wonder about life sometimes...

Thought of the day
When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bike. Then I realized that the Lord does not work that way so I stole one and asked for him to forgive me.

Hello all who read these posts...

I've been feeling like shit ever since Friday 04/16/04. I ate Taco Hell that day and I'm sure that is what has me feeling like shit.

For all those who are not aware and do not read previous posts:
Jay = Jason (my cubical partner at work) There was some apparent misunderstanding with this. Thank you for your cooperation in clearing this up.

Tonight's going to be a short post so I can see about downloading some full length movies such as Hell Boy and Van Helsing.

Later...
